About these Terms
These Terms apply to unnayana.com and to digital audio programs purchased directly from this website. UNNAYANA operates this site and store. Questions about an order or these Terms can be sent to support@unnayana.com.
Programs and responsible use
UNNAYANA subliminal audio programs are personal-development resources. Product descriptions explain a program’s intended theme and features, not a promise of a particular outcome or timeline. Individual experiences vary. Programs are not medical or mental-health treatment and do not replace qualified advice for health, legal, or financial decisions. Follow the instructions supplied with each program, listen at a comfortable volume, and do not listen when doing so would distract you from driving or another activity requiring full attention.
Orders, prices, and digital delivery
When purchasing is available, the product and checkout pages will show the price, currency, applicable taxes, and order details before payment. We accept an order when payment is processed and we confirm the order. Digital download access is provided using the email address supplied at checkout; keep access to that address. If a paid file does not arrive, is corrupted, or is not the program ordered, contact us and we will work to provide the correct file or an appropriate remedy.
We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy. Purchasing may remain unavailable while we prepare or test the store.
Personal-use license
When you purchase a program, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal listening. The audio and related intellectual property remain owned by UNNAYANA or its licensors. You may make reasonable personal backup copies. You may not resell, publicly post, distribute, share download access to, or make commercial derivatives of the files without written permission. A gift or shared-use option applies only if it is expressly offered for that product.
Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains the 60-day satisfaction refund for standard digital audio programs and how to request it. The policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Accounts and site use
If account creation is available and you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe it has been used without permission. Do not interfere with site security, use the site unlawfully, or misuse another customer’s information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, or security risks, subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.
Availability and limitations
We work to keep the website and downloads available, but temporary interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular personal-development result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy, changes, and contact
