Who we are
UNNAYANA operates this website and digital audio store. This policy describes how information is handled when you visit unnayana.com, contact us, or purchase a program when checkout is available. For privacy questions or requests, email support@unnayana.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive your name, email address, billing information, and order details; information you submit through our support form or by email; and technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, security logs, and cookie preferences. If account creation is available and you create an account, we also process account and sign-in information. A program purchase can reveal personal interests, so we treat order history as personal information.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or sensitive health information through the support form. If comments or third-party embeds are made available on the site, those features may collect additional information as described at the point of use or by the third party.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site; process and deliver orders; provide downloads and support; handle refunds and billing questions; prevent fraud; meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations; and understand site performance. We send promotional email only when you have opted in or another lawful basis applies, and you can unsubscribe from marketing messages. Order and support emails are not promotional messages.
Payments and service providers
The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. When checkout is enabled, WooPayments, powered by Stripe, may receive billing, transaction, and payment details needed to process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds. UNNAYANA does not store your full payment-card number on its website. See Automattic’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy for information about their practices.
Hosting, email-delivery, contact-form, security, backup, and cookie-consent providers may process information as needed to run the site. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or customers, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law. We do not use customer contact lists for sale to third-party marketers.
Cookies and choices
Essential cookies and similar technology support site security, cookie preferences, and, when available, cart, checkout, and sign-in functions. The site’s cookie banner lets you make choices about optional cookie categories where offered. Browser settings can also block or remove cookies, although some store features may then stop working. Server logs may record basic visit information. If we activate additional analytics or advertising tracking, we will update this notice and the site’s consent controls as needed.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver programs, support customers, maintain download access, address disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security needs. The store does not currently have automatic deletion periods set for WooCommerce order and account records, so those records may remain until reviewed or removed manually. Support correspondence and security records are kept as needed for those purposes. You may ask us to review or delete information using the contact address below; some records may need to be retained.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Email support@unnayana.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You can also change cookie choices through the site’s cookie controls where available.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in different locations, subject to applicable law. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
